We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackpool (FY2). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team within a company known for its excellent working environment.
The Role
As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site, including:
Cleaning large office areas
Maintaining toilet and welfare facilities
Dusting and general cleaning duties
Sweeping and mopping factory floors
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable
Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is beneficial but not essential
Reliable and hardworking with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
