How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A leading property and construction consultancy in Central London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its established Commercial Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with strong commercial office experience to lead high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects while working with some of London's leading investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers.

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, managing clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a confident Senior Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex commercial office schemes, mentoring junior team members, and building long-term client relationships. The successful Senior Project Manager will join an ambitious and collaborative team with an excellent reputation across the Central London commercial market.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

    The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects across Central London, overseeing projects from briefing and procurement through to construction, handover, and final completion.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement advice, consultant coordination, contract administration, project reporting, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. They will chair meetings, oversee project performance, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Senior Project Manager will also support business development activities by preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings, contributing to project pitches, and developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. They will mentor junior Project Managers and support the continued success of the wider commercial project management team.

    The Senior Project Manager

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
Strong experience delivering commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects
Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
A proven track record within the Central London commercial office market
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related construction discipline
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or another relevant professional qualification
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial project delivery
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience mentoring junior team members and managing multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, commercially aware, and professional approach to project delivery

    In Return?

    £65,000 - £75,000
    Annual bonus
    Pension contribution
    Private healthcare
    Professional membership fees paid
    Hybrid working
Exposure to landmark Central London commercial office projects
    Structured career progression
    Ongoing professional development
