About the role of Material Controller
Our client is a huge Developer with an office based in Essex with an outstanding group turnover of over £3.5 billion! They deliver a wide range of high - quality new-build homes across Essex including small residential developments of around 40 homes whilst also having huge flagship sites comprising of (Apply online only) homes.
Responsibilities for Material Controller
Maintaining accurate records of material orders, delivery notes, invoices and supplier documentation
Processing purchase orders
Liaise with the commercial teams
Tracking deliveries to ensure materials arrive on timeRequirements for Material Controller
Previous experience in a procurement or material coordination role
High attention to detail
Strong data entry skills
Experience working within the house building industry
