How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

A London based luxury skincare brand is looking for a Head of Global Education.

    The role

This is a rare opportunity to define and lead the global education vision for one of the world’s most respected luxury skincare brands.

You will lead the global education function, creating innovative learning programmes that equip retail, spa, clinic, distributor and direct-to-consumer teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results. This is education as a strategic growth driver, not a support function.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a global education strategy aligned with business growth objectives, with clear KPIs to measure impact and return on investment
    • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing global education team, partnering with regional leaders and distributors to balance global consistency with local market needs
    • Oversee education programmes, certification pathways, treatment protocols and digital learning content that communicate brand science, efficacy and luxury positioning
    • Partner with Commercial, Retail and Spa teams to drive retail performance, treatment bookings, customer engagement and brand loyalty
    • Use performance data to evaluate effectiveness, spot opportunities and continually improve business outcomes

    Sound like you?

You bring 8 to 10+ years in luxury skincare, aesthetics or wellness, with significant leadership experience and a proven record of building global education strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, influence stakeholders at every level and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Your knowledge of skincare science, ingredients, treatments and consumer trends is matched by exceptional communication and presentation skills. You have led international teams, managed budgets and large-scale initiatives, and you are ready to travel internationally as the role requires. Above all, you are passionate about developing people and raising standards wherever you go.
