How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We are seeking a DevOps CI/CD Specialist with hands-on experience to automate, optimize, and manage our client core infrastructure deployment workflows. This role focuses on accelerating engineering velocity while maintaining strict operational resilience. You will serve as the team's automation champion, driving modern AI-assisted coding practices and ensuring seamless application delivery across multi-environment pipelines.

    Core Responsibilities

Infrastructure Automation: Design, review, and maintain robust Ansible playbooks and Terraform configurations to automate routine server provisioning, lifecycle workflows, and configuration management.
Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) to ensure high availability, zero-downtime deployments, and rapid incident resolution.
AI-Assisted Development: Lead the team's adoption of GitHub Copilot, utilizing advanced prompt engineering to enhance code quality, catch errors early, and accelerate scripting productivity.

    Key Technical Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) roles.
Configuration Management: Deep, current proficiency with Ansible (writing structured roles, tasks, and playbook automation).
Version Control & CI/CD: Expert-level knowledge of Git paired with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
AI Tooling: Hands-on experience integrating GitHub Copilot into daily development or code-review workflows.
Environments: Strong foundational knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
