How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Looking to work on projects that most consultancies simply don't have access to?

We're recruiting for a growing independent construction consultancy delivering some of the UK's most high profile and technically complex developments across commercial, residential, sports, leisure, infrastructure and clean energy.

Current schemes include major London developments, sports facilities, large scale leisure destinations, regeneration programmes and nationally significant infrastructure projects. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple sectors rather than being confined to a single market.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as the lead client contact while managing consultants, contractors and wider project teams. You'll also play an important role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultancy Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, more diverse project exposure and a genuine route into senior leadership within a growing business.

    Requirements

    * Chartered professional, ideally MRICS (essential)

    * Consultancy based construction project management experience

    * Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle

    * Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills

    * Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and project governance

    * Degree qualified with excellent communication and leadership skills

    What's on offer?

    * Landmark projects across a wide variety of sectors

    * Clear progression towards senior leadership

    * Annual bonus and long term profit share opportunity

    * Private healthcare, gym membership and excellent wider benefits

    * Supportive, entrepreneurial culture with genuine investment in career development
