Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader (electrical bias) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in Wakefield.
Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical Bias)
Location: Wakefield
Hours:
- Week 1-3 - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm/9am-5pm
- Week 4 - Monday to Friday 4pm - 12am
Salary: up to £47,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 13 technicians
- Responsible for shift handovers, allocating work and supporting the technicians
- Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety procedures
- Issue and manage permits for employees and contractors
- Plan and manage maintenance workloads, including contractor activity on site
- Supporting technicians with reactive breakdowns
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum recognised Level 3 electrical qualification.
- Experience working within with automation and robotics machinery.
- Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge
