Plasterer – Social Housing

As one of our Plasterers, you'll carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance across residential properties, including:

Plastering, rendering, artexing and decorative repairs
Wall and ceiling repairs
Internal and external rendering
Tiling and plaster coving
Working alongside other trades to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service

You'll communicate clearly with customers throughout each job, ensuring they are kept informed while providing a professional, friendly and reliable service. We pride ourselves on delivering a right-first-time approach and exceeding customer expectations.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll complete repairs and maintenance efficiently, safely and to a high standard, ensuring all work follows best practice and quality workmanship.

You'll be a trusted representative of the organisation, using your positive attitude, professionalism and technical expertise to provide an outstanding service in customers' homes.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be travelling between multiple properties throughout your working day.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Plasterer within repairs and maintenance
Experience in social housing or occupied properties is desirable
Ability to carry out a variety of plastering and rendering works to a high standard
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
