Falcon Green are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading main contractor delivering a major residential refurbishment project in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term freelance assignment, acting as the key point of contact between residents and the site team to ensure works are delivered with minimal disruption and an excellent customer experience.
The Role
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents throughout the project.
* Keep residents informed of planned works, timescales and any programme changes.
* Arrange property access and coordinate appointments.
* Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to resolve issues quickly.
* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project updates.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the duration of the works.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer within construction or social housing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with residents.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
