This is a part-time position, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to make a real impact in the classroom.
The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences, helping children to develop socially, emotionally and academically within a nurturing Early Years environment.
The Role
Support teaching and learning across the EYFS classroom.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
Encourage children's independence, confidence and communication through play-based activities.
Help maintain a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
Support the class teacher with observations and assessment where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Early Years qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Has recent experience working within an EYFS setting.
Has a good understanding of the EYFS Framework.
Is enthusiastic, patient and committed to helping young children thrive.

£92.56 - £100.00 per day
