Key Responsibilities
Carrying out full kitchen strip-outs and installations.
Fitting kitchen units, worktops, and end panels to a high standard.
Completing associated trade tasks including wall tiling (splashbacks) and patch plastering.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents.
Leaving properties clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each day.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in kitchen fitting and multi-trade environments (Social housing experience is highly desirable).
Strong skills in carpentry/joinery, tiling, and basic patch plastering.
Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
Own tools and full PPE.
Full UK Driving Licence (and access to your own transport/van is preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be working in occupied homes.
