How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    An established global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its growing UK & European arm. Known for its collaborative culture and strong governance framework, the business operates across multiple jurisdictions and is focused on delivering competitive, compliant and well-structured compensation and benefits offerings across its international workforce.

    Working within a high-performing HR team, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery ofreward across a number of European markets, with particular responsibility for the oversight and development of employee benefits programmes. You will partner closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, taking ownership of core processes including annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, job architecture,and the design, implementation and ongoing management of benefits provision.

    We're looking for someone with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits gained withinan international organisation, ideally within financial services. You will bring a solid understanding of UK and European reward structures and regulatory environments, alongside experience managing multi-country programmes. Strong analytical capability and confidence working with Workday and WTW GGS isimportant, as is the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders at a range of levels.
