How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Channel Manager - £35,000 to £40,000 - London, hybrid 2 days per week in office.

We are working with a growing creative agency that is looking for a Channel Manager to join their team.

This is a great role for someone who really understands how to run social channels properly. Not just posting content and hoping for the best, but planning, scheduling, checking, reporting, keeping everything compliant and making sure nothing slips through the net.

You will be taking day-to-day ownership of multiple LinkedIn pages for a large financial services client, so this role needs someone who is calm, organised and comfortable working with detail. Financial services or regulated industry experience would be a big plus, but what really matters is that you understand the importance of sign-off, compliance, tone of voice and brand consistency.

You will be the person making sure content goes out on time, in the right way, with the right approvals in place. You will also be monitoring activity, spotting anything that needs escalating, looking at what is working and helping shape what could be improved next time.

There is also a nice internal element to the role, where you will support the agency’s own marketing channels and help bring their social presence to life. So, alongside the client work, you will get the chance to use your channel expertise a little closer to home too.

This would suit someone who enjoys being trusted with responsibility, likes keeping things moving and takes pride in doing the job properly.

    What you will be doing

You will be managing a number of LinkedIn pages day to day, planning and publishing content through tools such as Sprinklr, SocialPilot or similar.

You will make sure every post is accurate, on-brand and fully approved before it goes live.

You will monitor comments, messages and mentions, flagging anything that needs attention and escalating risks, enquiries or issues through the right channels.

You will write and adapt social copy, often turning longer-form content into engaging LinkedIn posts that feel clear, relevant and easy to digest.

You will help set up, manage and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and approved campaign assets.

You will act as a brand guardian internally, reviewing content before it reaches the client and making sure everything is consistent.

You will work closely with account management, strategy and studio teams to keep activity moving and make sure work is delivered within agreed timelines and hours.

You will manage content calendars, prioritise activity around key campaigns or events and keep stakeholders updated.

You will pull together monthly and quarterly reports using LinkedIn analytics and social publishing tools, adding useful insight and recommendations rather than just sharing numbers.

You will also support the agency’s own marketing activity, helping with social scheduling, LinkedIn, TikTok, employee advocacy and content moments such as behind the scenes posts and case studies.

    What we are looking for

You will need solid experience managing LinkedIn channels, ideally within a professional services, financial services or regulated environment.

You will be highly organised and confident juggling multiple pages, deadlines, stakeholders and approval processes.

You will be comfortable in a client facing role and able to communicate clearly, calmly and professionally.

You will have experience using social publishing and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, SocialPilot or similar.

You will have some experience setting up, managing or optimising paid LinkedIn campaigns.

You will have strong attention to detail and understand why brand, tone of voice and compliance really matter.

You will be confident writing and adapting social copy, especially for LinkedIn.

You will have an interest in financial services and be happy building deeper knowledge in the sector.

You will enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with designers, strategists, account teams and marketing colleagues.

Why this could be a good move

This is a lovely opportunity to join a growing agency with strong creative ambition and a genuinely collaborative team.

You will be working on serious brands, with proper structure, clear processes and a team around you that cares about doing good work. It is detailed, client facing and fast moving, but also a role where you can really sharpen your channel management skills and become a trusted specialist within the agency.

If you are someone who likes social channels to be organised, compliant, consistent and performing well, this could be a really good fit.
