We are working closely with local primary and secondary schools to prepare for the new academic year and are looking to register enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants for long-term positions.

The Aspire People registration process:
To ensure you're ready for September opportunities, you'll complete our straightforward registration process, which includes:
* Completing an application form
* Providing proof of ID and employment references
* Holding (or being willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check
* Completing safeguarding training
* Attending an interview with one of our consultants to discuss:
* Your experience working with children
* Your behaviour management approach
* Your understanding of safeguarding
* The type of role and school you'd like to work in
