As the CAD Technician you will be a technically minded individual who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues during busy periods and taking ownership of producing high-quality technical drawings. If you pride yourself on accuracy, logical thinking and delivering excellent work, this could be the perfect next step.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
• Producing technical drawings
• Checking and processing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients
• Reading, interpreting and working from architectural drawings
• Supporting general technical administration as required and contributing ideas in team discussions
Key Skills:
If you have experience within construction or architecture, this would be ideal!
• Basic-level CAD experience
• The ability to read and understand architectural drawings
• Excellent spelling, grammar and computer literacy
• A good understanding of construction specifications, survey reports and technical drawings
• A team-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and a methodical mindset
