We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman / Site Manager for an immediate start on an ongoing groundworks and civil engineering project in Mansfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day groundworks operations on site.
* Managing site teams, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
* Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
* Coordinating with clients, engineers, and project management.
* Carrying out site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance.
* Completing site records and reporting progress.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Groundworks Foreman or Site Manager.
* Strong background in groundworks, roads & sewers, drainage, foundations, and reinforced concrete works.
* Valid SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* First Aid at Work (preferred).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
