The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Encourage student engagement and support learning throughout the lesson.
Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Confidence working independently with students aged 11–16.
A calm, professional and adaptable approach.
A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
