Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the business is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer who can combine technical excellence with leadership capability and play a key role in shaping the future of the engineering team.

The Role
You'll lead the design and coordination of electrical building services solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically robust and sustainable engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Electrical building services design and technical delivery.
Power distribution, cable sizing, fault level and protection calculations.
Integration of HVAC systems, heat pumps and associated controls.
Technical review and quality assurance of engineering outputs.
Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Supporting project delivery from concept through to commissioning.
Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and wider design teams.About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
Experience in Electrical Building Services design within commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and industry regulations.
Proven experience producing calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A desire to mentor others and contribute to business growth.
Progress towards, or attainment of, IEng or CEng status would be advantageous.Why Join?
