How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Experience Associate

    Location: Poole
    Salary: £29,000 - £30,500
    Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

    We're recruiting for a Customer Experience Associate to join a busy customer service team based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced office environment.

    The Role

    You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of enquiries while ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and customer-focused. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve queries, manage orders, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

    Manage customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints.

    Update and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.

    Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries.

    Monitor customer orders and provide regular updates.

    Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

    Produce accurate documentation and maintain system records.

    Support the wider customer service team with day-to-day operations.

    About You

    We're looking for someone with:

    Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role.

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

    A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

    The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.

    A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
