How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Customer Service Driver
    Weybridge | Full-time | £28,000 - £30,000

    A well-established local business is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Driver to join their friendly team.

    This is a varied role where you'll spend much of your day out on the road carrying out local deliveries, collections and customer visits, while also providing excellent service and supporting the office with basic administration when required.

    If you enjoy driving, meeting people and being part of a busy team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

    The Role

    Carry out local deliveries and collections across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
    Visit customer sites to complete straightforward support tasks.
    Represent the business professionally and provide excellent customer service at every visit.
    Update the office on completed jobs and any customer feedback.
    Assist with loading, paperwork and delivery documentation.
    Handle customer enquiries by phone and email when in the office.
    Update customer records and maintain accurate information on the company system.
    Provide general administrative support to the customer service team.
    About You
    We're looking for someone who is:

    A confident and courteous communicator.
    Reliable, punctual and enjoys being out on the road.
    Organised with good attention to detail.
    Happy working independently as well as part of a team.
    Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing paperwork.
    Experienced in a customer-facing role such as driving, delivery, customer service or logistics (preferred but not essential).
    Essential Requirements

    Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
    Comfortable driving locally throughout the working day.
    Good customer service skills and a professional manner.
    Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks.
