About the role:
We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on a mixture of our project works across the South or South West (depending on your location). Our ideal candidate will have a broad experience in carpentry, and general building disciplines.

Although the role is based in Fareham, you will be required to work on sites that cover the South or South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake various works at different customer sites covering the South/ South West.
- Carry out fault-finding diagnostics.
- Communicate with customers during works and advising on repair options.
- Compliance with H&S rules and policies.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including estimators, site supervisors and customer to establish jobs and provide costings.
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and keep relevant parties up to date with developments.
- Carry out work in a safe, efficient and tidy manner.
- Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives as required.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Willingness to travel regularly to various locations in the South West.
- Proven experience in a similar role within construction.
- Experience in managing different stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS (preferred)
Working Pattern/Location:
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
- Onsite at customer premises.
