Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our busy and growing production team in Kettering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standards and produced efficiently to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating and running production line machinery.

Monitoring the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
*
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.
*
Working to production schedules and ensuring output targets are achieved.
*
Identifying and reporting any machine faults or quality issues.
*
Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
*
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the production line.
About You
*
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
*
A good eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*
Able to work at pace while maintaining excellent standards.
*
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
*
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
*
Good understanding of health and safety within a production environment.
