Main Duties:
As a Group Accountant, your main duties include:
* Consolidating financial results from the UK and international operating divisions
* Producing monthly and statutory reports for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and banking partners
* Collaborating closely with finance teams and Finance Directors across the wider international group
* Supplying the Board with data and analysis to support key commercial and strategic decisions, including M&A and financing activity
* Supporting continuous improvement of the group's reporting systems, working alongside external IT partners
* Partnering with external advisors on wider financial reporting projects
* Helping newly acquired businesses integrate smoothly into group finance processes
* Maintaining head office accounts

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified – essential
* From either practice or industry – first-time movers from practice are welcome to apply
* Experience with statutory accounts and consolidation is desirable but not essential
* A pragmatic, team-focused approach, with genuine commitment to helping the wider team achieve its objectives
