How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Review installation documentation and quality standards throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Maintain accurate reporting on project progress, risks and key milestones.

Support the transition from pilot projects through to large-scale operational rollouts.

Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.

Ensure all projects are delivered in line with operational procedures and service level commitments.

    About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

    You will have:

Experience managing customer-facing projects, deployments or operational programmes.

Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.

The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience managing trackers, schedules and reporting.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

Flexibility to adjust working hours where required to support key project delivery.

    Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

Technology deployments or operational rollout projects.

    Retail, hospitality or quick-service environments.

POS/EPOS systems or digital technology solutions.
