We're recruiting Semi-Skilled Fabrication Operatives to join a busy structural steel fabrication facility in Blackburn.
The Role
Assisting within a busy fabrication shop
Grinding and finishing fabricated steelwork
Drilling steel components
Operating guillotines and other fabrication equipment
Using overhead cranes (preferred)
Supporting welders and fabricators to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a welding or fabrication environment
Experience using grinders and drills
Guillotine and overhead crane experience advantageous
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work safely in a heavy engineering environment
Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:15pm
Contract Pay Rates
First 40 Hours: £19.26 per hour
Over 40 Hours (Mon-Fri): £22.92 per hour
Saturday: £25.78 per hour
Sunday: £34.38 per hour
Regular overtime available
