The Opportunity
As Senior Operations Manager, you'll become a key member of the leadership team, working directly alongside the founders to support the continued growth and operational success of the business.
This is a highly visible role with genuine influence, responsibility and long-term progression.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, developing scalable systems, supporting future expansion and helping shape the next chapter of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational performance across multiple locations.
* Drive consistency in customer service, food quality and operational standards.
* Support, coach and develop Store Managers and operational teams.
* Take ownership of operational KPIs and site performance.
* Manage P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Implement operational systems, processes and best practice.
* Ensure compliance across food safety, hygiene and company standards.
* Support future site openings and expansion projects.
* Work closely with the founders on operational strategy and long-term growth.
