How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Digital Construction Coordinator

    Location: London

    About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Digital Construction Coordinator to join a leading main contractor in London. This is a great opportunity for a digitally minded professional to support the coordination and implementation of digital technologies across a range of construction projects.

You will work closely with project teams to promote the adoption of BIM, digital workflows, and data management tools, helping to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

Coordinate the implementation and delivery of BIM and digital construction processes across multiple projects, with the first two being large commercial fit-out schemes in Central London

    *

Support the development and ongoing maintenance of Project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards

    *

Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors through the use of digital platforms

    *

Manage and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs), ensuring accurate, structured, and timely information sharing

    *

Assist with clash detection, model validation, and coordination using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, and Solibri

    *

Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams in the use of digital tools and systems

    *

Work closely with design and construction teams to ensure effective utilisation of 3D, 4D, and 5D models throughout the project lifecycle

    *

Monitor digital performance across projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements:

    *

Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline

    *

Proven experience in a BIM or Digital Construction role, ideally within a main contractor or consultancy environment

    *

Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards, ISO 19650, and digital construction processes

    *

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Common Data Environment platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Viewpoint, Asite)

    *

Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative and problem-solving approach

    *

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
