We're supporting a well-established commercial insurance brokerage in Winchester that's continuing to invest in the growth of its commercial team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll manage an established portfolio of commercial clients, build long-term relationships and work across a broad range of commercial risks. The Role
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of commercial clients
- Arrange new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments across a broad range of commercial risks
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters
- Negotiate competitive terms and deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through referrals, cross-selling and excellent client service
- Conduct client reviews and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle
- Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate broking records
About You
You'll ideally have experience as a:
- Commercial Account Handler
- Commercial Insurance Broker
- Commercial Account Executive
- Client Executive
- Client Manager
Experience across products such as Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity and Cyber would be advantageous, together with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.
