How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graduate Administrator – Wealth Management

    Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career within financial services and wealth management? We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate Administrator to join our growing Wealth Management team in Blackpool.


    This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is looking to develop their career within a professional services environment. While previous experience is not essential, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and a flexible, adaptable approach to work.


    About the Role

    As a Graduate Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Wealth Management team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. You will gain valuable exposure to the financial services industry while developing your professional and technical skills.


    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
    • Preparing and processing client documentation accurately and efficiently
    • Managing correspondence and maintaining client records
    • Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional manner
    • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and client meeting packs
    • Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with regulatory and company requirements
    • Assisting with a variety of projects and day-to-day operational activities


    About You

    We welcome applications from recent graduates who are eager to learn and develop a career within wealth management.


    You will ideally have:

    • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
    • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
    • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
