Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promote inclusion, equality, and positive behaviour
Contribute to daily routines and the smooth running of the nurseryCandidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
