The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
Plan and support engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observe, assess and record children's progress where appropriate.
Support children's personal, social and emotional development through play-based learning.
What We're Looking For
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, caring and proactive approach to supporting young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one before starting.
A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential.
