Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: Up to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled joiner looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities;
* Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery products from technical drawings.
* Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
* Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber products to a high standard.
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
* Working as part of a skilled production team to meet deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate;
* Previous experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
* Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
