Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Must have’s
* Previous commercial, office-based or customer-facing experience
* Genuine interest in building a career in mortgage advice

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong administrative and IT skills

* Experience within customer service, banking, financial services or estate agency
* Understanding of the home-buying process
* Sales or target-driven experience
* Knowledge of mortgage or protection products
* CeMAP qualification
So, what will you be doing?
* Supporting experienced Mortgage Advisors with mortgage administration
* Managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion
* Speaking with clients and delivering excellent customer service throughout the mortgage journey
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, estate agents and other third parties
* Preparing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Providing administrative support to the wider mortgage team
* Developing your knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria and FCA regulations
* Building the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Mortgage Advisor role
