Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to join a well-established civil engineering contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across Yorkshire and the Humber?

THE ROLE:

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

PROJECTS INCLUDE:
•Local authority highway and road schemes
•General infrastructure works
•Drainage and sewer projects
•Flood defence schemes
•Water infrastructure projects
•Car parks
•Industrial units
•Energy centres

The business delivers work through several prestigious frameworks, as well as undertaking negotiated contracts and standalone schemes across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Managing projects from site set-up through to completion.
•Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
•Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
•Managing programme, quality and commercial performance.
•Liaising with clients, engineers and key stakeholders.
•Preparing and reviewing RAMS and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
•Maintaining accurate site records and reporting project progress.
•Driving high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who has:
•Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
•Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage, water or flood defence projects.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Good commercial awareness.
•SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
•A positive and professional attitude.
•A full UK driving licence.
