The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning.
Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student progress.
Maintain high expectations for both achievement and behaviour.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE, BAEd, GTP, QTLS or ECT/NQT).
A genuine passion for teaching and education.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Strong communication and lesson delivery skills.
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous classroom experience is desirable, but enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
