Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 basic + uncapped commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: £40,000-£60,000+
Hours: Full Time
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required

You'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate offers and develop your own specialist market while earning uncapped commission.

Your responsibilities

Build relationships with candidates and clients
Source and interview candidates
Match candidates to suitable vacancies
Manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
Develop business development and sales skills
Become an expert within your specialist market
Achieve targets while earning uncapped commission
