How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Project Lead / Project Manager
    Location: South West London Business Park, London
    Rate: £425–£480 per day (Contract CIS )
    Duration: Approximately 35 weeks (until early February 2027)
    We're working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to deliver an £18m CAT A commercial refurbishment across a live business park in Southwest London.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and has a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment projects. You'll be leading a high-profile scheme where stakeholder management, technical expertise and programme delivery are key.
    The Project
    You'll take ownership of a major refurbishment programme across three occupied commercial buildings, including:
    * Full CAT A office fit-out
    * Reception and WC refurbishments
    * Major plant replacement works
    * Significant M&E packages, accounting for approximately 50% of the project value
    * Delivering works within live, occupied buildings while minimising disruption to tenants and business operations
    About You
    We're looking for someone who has:
    * Proven experience delivering CAT A & B commercial refurbishment projects
    * A strong background managing projects within live, occupied environments
    * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
    * The ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships
    * A diplomatic, professional and solutions-focused approach
    * Strong programme management and project coordination experience
    * Experience managing substantial M&E packages
    * Good commercial awareness, including procurement and cost management
    * The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive projects to successful completion
