About You:

* Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for delivering a high quality, efficient and effective repairs services?

* Can you complete and certify electrical works such as EICR’s EIC’s, Minor Works’s and day to day repairs including tenanted properties, working on empty homes and planned maintenance projects?

* Are you self-motivated and passionate about delivering high quality services to customers?

* Do you have a detailed and wide-ranging knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical works​?

* Do you have relevant electrical qualifications BS-7671 18th Edition, C&G-2391-52 Inspection & Testing, NVQ Level 3 electrical installation & maintenance, AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) or equivalent)?

In this crucial role, you will need to:

* Champion the rights of our customers to enjoy a safe, warm and good quality home

* Be proud of the work you do, taking a proactive approach to delivering fantastic services

* Have great Health & Safety awareness

* Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and contractors

* Be computer literate or be willing to adopt to software-based systems after training

* Have a valid UK driving license
