Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of special educational needs
Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
Track and report on student progress and development📋 Requirements:
Essential:
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
Optional:
Experience in a healthcare or care worker role - if you have worked with people with SEN then we want to hear from you!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach💷 What We Offer:
