On-Site Account Manager

£30,000 per annum
Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm
Permanent, Full-Time

Are you organised, people-focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an Onsite Account Manager to manage the day-to-day relationship between our agency, client, and temporary workforce. This is a varied role that combines recruitment, workforce management, administration, payroll, and client engagement.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, organised, and keen to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities

Managing recruitment and onboarding activities to meet client requirements.
Supporting and engaging with the temporary workforce, including completing regular reviews.
Processing weekly payroll and ensuring accurate administration records.
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Leading weekly operational meetings with the client.
Conducting monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
