A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Reading. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner who is eager to make a real difference in the early years of a child's development, whether newly qualified or with existing experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all children
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity across the setting
Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nurseryCandidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
