Our client, a leader in the power utilities and renewable energy sector, is currently seeking a Tendering Engineer (66kv-132kv) to join their team. This permanent position plays a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for power distribution projects, especially in the 66kv to 132kv range.
Multiple positions which offer hybrid / remote working and within the non regulated industry (BESS, Solar, Indistrial, Wind, Data Centre and Light Rail)

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
Estimating costs and creating comprehensive bid documents
Collaborating with engineering and project management teams to gather necessary information
Reviewing tender specifications and identifying technical requirements
Conducting thorough analyses of tender documentation
Assessing project risks and creating mitigation strategies
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Job Requirements:
Experience in preparing and managing proposals within the power utilities or renewable energy sector
Strong understanding of power distribution networks, particularly in the 66kv to 132kv range
Proficiency in cost estimating and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex technical documents
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification

£70000.00 - £85000.00 per year
