💷 Salary: £28,840 per annum

🕛 Hours: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (not a night shift)

🏖️ Holiday: 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced food and hospitality operation in Bicester. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent stability and career development within a growing business.

The Role

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of transport operations, including:

Coordinating daily transport activities
Route planning and scheduling
Fleet management and vehicle allocation
Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients
Monitoring deliveries and resolving transport issues
Maintaining accurate transport records and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or coordination role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transport systems
