As an Lunchtime Assistant, you'll provide exceptional care, contribute to health and safety practices, and collaborate with our dynamic senior leadership team.

This role requires a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.

Eligibility: The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment. Please note that this role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorisation now or in the future.

Your Duties:

* We invite a friendly, spirited individual to join our Leatherhead Nursery as a Lunchtime Assistant.

* In this pivotal role, you'll cover the hours between approximately 10am and 3pm

* Your role involves delivering exceptional care that supports each child's development and individual needs.

* With a flexible approach, you'll fulfill lunchtime responsibilities and provide vital support to local nurseries.

* By creating enriching environments filled with engaging activities, you'll foster indoor and outdoor growth.

* Guided by British Values embedded in Core Advantage, LEAP, and Early Years Foundation Stage learning, you'll ensure a holistic education experience. Safety remains paramount, as you'll adhere to child protection and health and safety policies, safeguarding children's well-being.

What we ideally require from you:

* Experience in early years education settings with 'Good or Outstanding' inspection outcomes.

* Required - Level 2 or Above Qualification in Early Years

* Successful collaboration within nursery teams and effective communication.

* Record of ongoing training and professional qualifications.

* Proficiency in hygiene standards, room preparation, and decision-making.

* Experience in food preparation and relevant food management training.

* Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding policies.

* Motivated and deadline-driven, particularly in children's record-keeping and assessment
