The ideal Year 5 Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective classroom practice.
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils of all abilities.
