We're working with a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing team due to a key member of staff moving on.

Oldham (with future projects across the North West)
The Projects
You'll initially be working on a major housing infrastructure development, delivering works for leading national housebuilders. The current scheme is programmed through to Christmas, with further secured work ready to follow.
The Role
As Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting out and surveying works.
Quality Assurance (QA).
Managing and closing out RFIs.
Ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications.
Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors.
Maintaining accurate site records and as-built information.
Supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure and groundworks packages.
✅ Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering or groundworks.
Housing infrastructure experience desirable.
Strong understanding of QA procedures and RFIs.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valid CSCS Card.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
