How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We're looking for an HSE Advisor to help drive health, safety and environmental standards across a property portfolio. Based in London, this permanent opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact on workplace safety and compliance.

    The employer is a well-established organisation within the property sector, specialising in facilities, maintenance, construction & fit-out. They are a medium-sized company with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients across London.

    Description

    Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and environmental management throughout project lifecycles.
    Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring activities.
    Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
    Review and provide guidance on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
    Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to across project sites.
    Assist with contractor and subcontractor safety management and inspections.
    Support ISO 45001 audits and ongoing compliance initiatives.
    Assist with health and safety documentation for tenders, client submissions and construction phase plans.
    Produce reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
    Stay up to date with health, safety and environmental legislation and industry best practice.Profile

    2+ years experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within facilities management or the property industry.
    IOSH & NEBOSH General/Construction
    Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
    Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Offer
