At PK Education, we are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors and dedicated school support staff who are passionate about working in education and supporting young people to achieve their potential.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver pre-set work, maintain a focused learning environment, and ensure behaviour standards are upheld throughout the lesson.
Established in 2005, PK Education works with a variety of secondary schools in Bletchley, Milton Keynes and surrounding, offering flexible opportunities to work with students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 while gaining valuable experience in different school settings.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong and confident behaviour management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and professional individuals
- Educated to a minimum of degree level (or equivalent)
- At least 6 months’ experience working within a UK classroom environment
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and education
