- Advise on a broad range of legal areas including commercial contracts, procurement, IT agreements, regulatory compliance, data protection, IP, finance and employment-related matters
- Act as a trusted business partner, working closely with stakeholders, anticipating issues, balancing risk, and developing pragmatic solutions
- Support and coordinate legal input on Group-level projects and transactions, with some exposure to M&A and other strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships across global business units and regional legal teams
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risk, ensuring alignment with global compliance frameworks (including anti-bribery, sanctions, AML, data privacy and competition law)
- Contribute to the development of legal processes, playbooks and best practices across the organisation
- Support continuous improvement in the delivery of legal services, including the use of technology and management of external counsel

- A qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent) with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE
- Experienced in a broad, commercially focused role, ideally in-house or with relevant secondment experience
- Commercially minded and solutions-focused, able to balance legal risk against business objectives
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, complex environment, with strong prioritisation skills
- A strong communicator and relationship builder, confident working with stakeholders across geographies and functions
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to switch between varied workstreams
- Proactive and inquisitive, with the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, practical guidance
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing transformation, in a role offering broad exposure, high visibility, and genuine scope for development within a collaborative and internationally connected legal team.
If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
