CEO, Fiduciary Services
A leading international professional services firm is seeking an exceptional CEO, Fiduciary Services to lead and transform its global fiduciary business. This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence and overall performance of a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary platform.
The successful candidate will serve as the global executive leader for corporate services, trust services, regulatory services and management services, driving innovation, strengthening client service delivery, and positioning the business competitively within the international fiduciary services market.
The role may be based in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands.
The Role
As CEO, Fiduciary Services, you will:
- Develop and execute the global strategy for a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary business.
- Drive commercial growth through market expansion, service diversification and enhanced client offerings.
- Lead operational performance across multiple international locations.
- Deliver transformation initiatives focused on technology, automation and scalable service delivery.
- Strengthen governance, compliance and operational risk management in partnership with global compliance teams.
- Monitor regulatory developments across international financial centres and ensure proactive response
- Lead senior teams across Corporate Services, Trust Services, Regulatory Services and Accounting/Management Services
- Build a high‑performing, collaborative and client‑centric culture
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
- Present regularly to the Board on performance, strategy, risk and market opportunities
About You
You will bring:
- Extensive senior leadership experience (typically 12+ years) in fiduciary services, corporate services, trust administration, governance or offshore financial services
- Proven success leading multi‑jurisdictional operations in regulated international environments
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience delivering technology‑enabled transformation, automation and operational efficiency
- Deep understanding of fiduciary structures, trust administration and regulatory frameworks
- Credibility working with Boards, senior stakeholders, regulators and cross‑functional teams
- Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and develop high‑performing talent
- Exceptional communication, influence and leadership maturity
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI, CPA, ACCA, STEP or similar are highly advantageous
