How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A leading international professional services firm is seeking an exceptional CEO, Fiduciary Services to lead and transform its global fiduciary business. This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence and overall performance of a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary platform.

The successful candidate will serve as the global executive leader for corporate services, trust services, regulatory services and management services, driving innovation, strengthening client service delivery, and positioning the business competitively within the international fiduciary services market.

The role may be based in Bermuda or the Cayman Islands.

    The Role

As CEO, Fiduciary Services, you will:

    • Develop and execute the global strategy for a multi‑jurisdiction fiduciary business.
    • Drive commercial growth through market expansion, service diversification and enhanced client offerings.
    • Lead operational performance across multiple international locations.
    • Deliver transformation initiatives focused on technology, automation and scalable service delivery.
    • Strengthen governance, compliance and operational risk management in partnership with global compliance teams.
    • Monitor regulatory developments across international financial centres and ensure proactive response
    • Lead senior teams across Corporate Services, Trust Services, Regulatory Services and Accounting/Management Services
    • Build a high‑performing, collaborative and client‑centric culture
    • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
    • Present regularly to the Board on performance, strategy, risk and market opportunities

    About You

    You will bring:

    • Extensive senior leadership experience (typically 12+ years) in fiduciary services, corporate services, trust administration, governance or offshore financial services
    • Proven success leading multi‑jurisdictional operations in regulated international environments
    • Strong operational and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth
    • Experience delivering technology‑enabled transformation, automation and operational efficiency
    • Deep understanding of fiduciary structures, trust administration and regulatory frameworks
    • Credibility working with Boards, senior stakeholders, regulators and cross‑functional teams
    • Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and develop high‑performing talent
    • Exceptional communication, influence and leadership maturity
    • Professional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI, CPA, ACCA, STEP or similar are highly advantageous

This is not a legal practitioner or law‑firm partner role. We are seeking a commercial, operational fiduciary leader with the ability to navigate a partnership‑driven environment.

    Additional Requirements

    • Regular international travel
    • Ability to work across multiple cultures and time zones
    • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high‑performance global culture

A more complete specification with employer profile is available upon request. All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
